Abstract: Organizing an effective English language classroom has become a concern to EFL teachers in contemporary life. In addition, this effectiveness is usually in line with students’ interest and motivation, which makes students’ engagement in learning. Without this, learning takes place by no way. One of the ways to motivate and interest students in learning is rewarding them. This current experimental study has been conducted on four EFL classes at the intermediate level of proficiency at AELS Language Center and reveals that rewards can develop on students’ motivation to learn. The study also provides hints for successive research studies on this area.
